Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has made a lasting impression on the screen. In 1976 De La Garza was born to a Mexican-American father and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. The next year was not long after when she relocated to Texas. There, she embarked on a profession in the field of physical therapy. De La Garza did not remain in Texas for long and quickly relocated in Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of parts as an actor, as well as independent commercials and films. Even though she had small parts, the actress quickly realized her passion for acting. Then she moved to New York in 2001 and she got her first acting job on the soap as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. In the beginning of 2000 she appeared in minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her debut major series was on The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to be a part of a cast that included some of the best TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006, she was cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. In the following seasons, she was a part of the Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza received nominations for a variety of Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress-TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as a number of ALMA Award nominations. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is presented to outstanding performers in a drama TV show. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring actor on CSI Miami. She was cast in the role of Marisol Delko, who is the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. On NBC's dark and dramatic drama Do No Harm she played the role of the character Dr. Lena Solis. It was pulled after two short episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are of Italian origin and also has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. She grew up in an environment that was strict and deeply religious. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven old. Babysitters took her along to an audition for her very first time. With more than 1000 applicants her name was picked to be one of only four. Milano was featured on television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions, including an adaptation musical to Jane Eyre.
